Senior PHP Engineer/Developer
A leading software company has a vacancy for a Senior PHP Engineer/Developer with experience in building and maintaining web applications to join their award-winning team and help shape the company’s future.If you are a highly motivated and experienced PHP Developer and you are looking to join an award-winning team. As a Senior PHP Engineer/Developer you will be involved in challenging application development projects for blue chip companies, and will be working with the best in the industry on a variety of complex projects.
Skills required:
For this Senior PHP Software Engineer (PHP Developer, PHP, Senior PHP Developer) role we’re looking for someone who:
Has an excellent working knowledge of PHP and web application development
A self-starting coder and well versed in various technologies/languages
Experienced with a unit testing framework and an invested interest in delivering quality code.
Has significant experience of PHP development in a commercial environment and preferably a good computer science related degree, or equivalent.
Has an aspiration to become a high-level consultant and/or developer in this area, and a drive to be challenged and to expand skills
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong team player, with good communication skills
Has solid experience implementing PHP applications, and an interest in and awareness of best practices in software development
Able to regularly commute to one the clients offices /or to client locations, and is eligible to work in the UK
