Senior Paraplanner (Manager)
Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their team, to lead a small but growing team of Paraplanners whilst providing technical support to the Financial Advisers.
You will be Chartered/Level 6 qualified, or very close to becoming Chartered with 5+ years industry experience. Previous managerial experience is desirable, but supervision/mentoring/coaching experience will also be considered if you can show a genuine desire to people-manage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead 2-3 paraplanners
- Produce high quality financial advice
- Undertake cash-flow modelling
- Responding to technical client queries
- Designing and refining systems and processes
Requirements
- Highly technical Paraplanner, Chartered or close to becoming Chartered.
- 5+ years industry experience
- Experience of supervising/mentoring/coaching junior team members
- Collaborative, team player with a problem solving and innovative mindset
- Tech-savvy, creative and able to embrace change
