Salary: £43,200 – £58,800 per year

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working alongside a registered charity who provide care for children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions. They currently support children and families across London with their main Hospice based in East London.

Their support services are wide ranging and bespoke to each family including end of life treatment and care, respite short breaks, counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy, home visits and much more. 

The Role

As a committed, highly motivated and professional Senior Paediatric Nurse for our client you will work with a loving and caring team in a home from home environment where you will provide holistic nursing care and support to children and young people and their families.

As a Senior Nurse you will be a team leader to a small group of nurses and HCAs (Play and Care Workers), taking responsibility for line management. You will lead your team in acting as key workers to a small caseload of service users and act in a link role allocated to the team, for example Infection Control or Clinical Audits. You will be managing shifts, providing leadership to the team to ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
