We are currently working with the leading UK nursery group who are seeking a Room Leader for thier Reading Nursery.
As a qualified Nursery Room Manager you will be a role model to pupils and will need to demonstrate your knowledge and best practice to all colleagues.
As a keyworker you will ensure every child’s individual needs are met, whilst keeping Safeguarding and the forefront of your mind. You will be encouraged to demonstrate their core values. You will get to know the families, updating parents on their child’s day and development.
