Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer

Our client a leading supplier to the food industry throughout the whole of the British Isles is currently on the lookout for a Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer who will have responsibility for a very small Engineering team.

You will ideally be qualified to level 3 or equivalent qualifications and have previous experience of managing a small engineering team preferably within the food industry.

As part of your role you will play the leading role in the Engineering manufacturing process.

You will have:

Experience of

: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Installations.

Maintaining and servicing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to conduct planned and unplanned maintenance.

Accurate project planning of materials and tools

Continuous improvement on projects and factory operations.

Using engineering drawings for installation of bespoke equipment.

Competent with reading CAD and Engineering drawings both mechanical and electrical.

Skilled in Mig and Tig Welding

This role is a completely day shift operation operating sociable day shift hours however as the organisation is a 7 day per week function you will work on a rota basis and therefore there may be times when you are off for up to a week at a time.

The position also comes with a company van and fuel card after qualifying period.
