Senior Marketing Executive – 6 Months fixed term contract
£35,000 – £42,000
Are you a proven and proactive Senior Marketing Executive with a keen interest in active travel and improving road safety?
Marston Holdings is hiring for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive on a 6-month fixed term contract. The position is a hybrid role with the expectation to visit our London office regularly.
Project Centre is the design and engineering consultancy arm of our parent company, Marston Holdings, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team for six months, the position is a hybrid role with the expectation to visit our London office regularly. We are a leading design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy whose highly talented people are passionate about creating places that are attractive, innovative, sustainable and safe.
Duties include:
- Develop Project Centre’s marketing strategy to increase leads and maximise our profile through well planned and integrated campaigns.
- Identify, coordinate, and evaluate marketing opportunities and activities to promote the business and seek the best ROI.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns through event management, advertising, sponsorship, awards, social media, online marketing, and other channels.
- Work alongside key internal stakeholders to drive client marketing, ensuring key clients are advised of upcoming events and marketing campaigns which may be relevant to their business.
- Undertake competitor analysis such as tracking websites, marketing collateral and social media to keep abreast of competitor activity.
- Identify and manage industry partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
- Line management responsibility – motivate and manage team’s work and performance.
- Responsible for budgeting and planning for business area.
- Support improvement projects as agreed with the Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- CIM or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a marketing role.
- Experience of developing, delivering, and reporting on successful marketing campaigns showing high ROI.
- Event management experience, including B2B, conferences and exhibitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proof reading.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience of people management.
