The Senior Maintenance Manager is required for one of the largest motor manufacturing sites in the UK. The successful candidate will have a background in automation and a passion for Technology and will also be degree qualified.
The Role
The Maintenance group Leader will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance engineering and have the capability in fulfilling more Senior Roles.
Skills and Qualifications
Essentials
Relevant Degree or equivalent (HND with vocational experience).
Technical Knowledge of Automation
Experience of Man Management
General computer skills
Desirable
Degree In Engineering
Experience of Automation Engineering
Personal Attributes
Flexible able to respond to rapidly changing situations and adopt flexible working hours if required
Initiative able to work on own most of the time and only refer to superior for decision making
Communication able to communicate effectively to all types of persons and organisations
Team Member – To be capable of working effectively within a variety teams to meet the company’s objectives, taking the lead when appropriate.
