Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and established property agent with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, to lead their lettings department and drive business growth. Location: Croydon area Salary: up to £30,000 depending on qualifications and

experience in residential lettings (2+ years preferred) Ideally you will be ARLA qualified – top end salary Strong negotiation and closing

skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role) Key

Responsibilities : Managing a portfolio of rental properties from enquiry through to move-in Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants Generating new business through valuations and client outreach Advising landlords on market conditions, pricing, and legal compliance Progressing tenancies, ensuring all paperwork and compliance
