Senior Implementation Specialist – Connected (IOT) Medical Devices.
Basic Salary – £54,000 – £60,000
Bonus 5%

Cutting edge technology based medical devices that are “live” connected solutions placed into Hospital settings driven by software and backed up by IOT technology
The role – The appointed person will manage the implementation and upgrades of our software at end user customer customers’ sites working through our / in partnership with the global distribution networks (Resellers). The role includes, but is not limited to, customer training, software and/or device configuration. He/She plans, executes and monitors large and complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.. He / She is the guarantor of successful project implementation and demonstrates a high level of customer orientation and technical expertise, ensuring the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction throughout the life of project as well as post –go live. Furthermore the appointed person assists in the design, development and/or delivery of documentation, which may be provided to customers during the training, configuration, validation and go-live stages of implementation.
Plans, coordinates, executes large and complex software implementation projects in adherence with contractual obligations (scope, time, quality, budget).
Ensures a steady communication about the implementation (achievements, issues, next steps) and also provides regular reports
Utilize time-, project- and support-tracking tools to deliver KPI’s in a timely manner
Onsite or remote evaluation of hardware and/or software requirements, including interface requirements, for new and/or existing customers
Onsite or remote ascertainment of customer software configuration requirements based on their Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the delivery (or assistance in delivery) of configuration services
Onsite or remote ascertainment of customer training needs, as well the delivery and design (or assistance in delivery) of customer training sessions
Onsite or remote Validation (IQ / OQ) of Software / Hardware
Analysis of device interface requirements and / or software enhancements, followed by communication thereof to R & D and / or Development
Creation/update of internal implementation documentation, as well as the completion and/or delivery of external Implementation documentation following Project execution. Including but not limited to Release / Technical Documentation
Provide Support to Sales team with technical advice and demonstrations when required. Communicate sales opportunities to the Sales departments
Adheres to and follows policies and procedures and applies function related SOX requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Ideally candidates will have experience working on Implementation Projects within the Medical / Hospital Environment – but providing they can demonstrate significant experience working in a B2B environment where their projects are of significant value and relatively complex – INVOLVING CONNECTIVITY AND SQL TECHNICAL SKILLS – they may be considered.
3 years PROJECT MANAGEMENT Experience in managing all aspects of large and complex (multiple stakeholders) software implementation

Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines

EDUCATION – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Medical field – Required
