Senior HR / Personnel Officer

35,000 – £40,000. Senior HR / Personnel Officer. Opportunity for a CIPD and Degree Qualified HR / Personnel Officer with to join a centre of excellence for vehicle engineering design, test and development. As one of the three professional staff within the department you will be responsible for managing your own projects, reviewing and implementing range of employment practices and providing specialist support and advice to this expanding business with international reach.

The role will involve:
• Management of a wide range of HR projects within a professional level technical workforce, including: performance management, discipline & grievance & staff welfare.
• Provision of advice on employment law and HR process matters to internal clients. Liaison with employment solicitors.
• Project management and implementation of large corporate HR projects.
• Monitoring, review and implementation of a range of working and employment practices across a diverse organisation.
• Design and implementation of changes to salary, working practices and remuneration packages.
• Provision of advice on department and group staff structures and remuneration packages.

This role will suit a candidate with the following attributes:
• CIPD Chartered Member or Fellow
• Degree in HR, Business, Management or similar
• Working knowledge of employment law – international employment law desirable
• Experience of providing HR services to international staff and offices (BRIC countries)

This position is commutable from Coventry, Hinckley, Rugby, Nuneaton or Tamworth.
