Senior Governance Officer

Salary: £41,863 per year

Working Monday – Friday – 36.25 hours a week – working from home with very occasional trips to an office in Lutterworth our client is seeking a Senior Governance Officer initially for a 6 month fixed contract.

The purpose of this role is to develop and provide effective governance services and to be responsible for actioning and maintaining all legal compliance, governance, risk management, internal audit, data protection and company secretarial needs. You will have 3 direct reports (governance officers).

Knowledge & experience

• The ideal applicant will be degree educated and have significant experience in a governance role.
• Experience of leading and developing a team
• Experience in taking minutes and delivering them to a high standard.
