Senior Estimator – Fit-Out / Shop Fitting

Our client is a successful main contractor based near Central London that completes high spec fit-out projects for licenced premises – predominantly restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs. In addition they have fitted out many offices, casino’s, hotels, airport lounges and high street multiple units. With over 40 years experience they have an enviable reputation for the delivery of projects ranging in value from £50k to £2m.

Due to Summer Retirement they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to be based in their offices close to Central London. You will be completeing all traditional estimating duties working closely with the contracts management and quantity surveying teams. This position will also involve mentoring and developing a junior estimator with five years experience.

You will:-
• Have a minimum of 10 years estimating experience preferably within the shopfitting industry.
• Ideally have a relevant construction qualification (highly desirable but not essential)
• IT literate with some experience of estimating software
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially and contractually aware
• Stable work history

This position is based central to London and the client has their own car park and based within a fifteen minute walk from a mainline over-ground station.
