Senior Facilities & Property Manager
Up to £70,000 plus car allowance
Manchester
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Facilities & Property Manager to join our dynamic team! Reporting into the Director of Procurement & Facilities, you will be responsible for the long-term and strategic maintenance of the group’s property portfolio. You will have demonstrable, extensive experience of managing a large property portfolio and budget management expertise.
What you will be doing:
- Planning and preparing Capital Expenditure proposals in line with budget requirements
- Proactive analysis and management of potential dilapidations
- Liaising with the Marston Holdings Property Lawyer and leading landlord discussions
- Continually assessing and measuring the company property requirements
- Owning the process for property acquisition and disposal, ensuring key stakeholder engagement
- Providing long term strategic planning for all property maintenance and renovations
- Preparing and implementing strategic plans for energy/carbon reduction across the property portfolio
- Managing a team to deliver an effective planned maintenance schedule
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work analytically in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in managing property and maintenance requirements across a large property portfolio
- Line management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Full, clean driving license
- A degree in Business Management, Facilities Management or similar is desirable
