A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a Senior Data Engineer with an excellent knowledge in ETL, SSIS, SQL Server and Python to join one of the UK’s Largest NHS Trusts based remote. As the Data Engineer you will be crucial in the transition from SSIS to Python and modernising ETL processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer who is looking to work for a large NHS Trust who are about to begin the process of migrating from legacy on-prem systems into the cloud.

If you are currently a Data Engineer with experience in ETL, SSIS, SQL Server, some management experience and keen to be influential in a huge migration then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Skills that are required for a Senior Data Engineer are:

• Experience in SSIS and Python
• Experience leading/managing engineers
• An understanding of SQL Server upgrades/installations
• Keen to work with stakeholders

Salary: £52,000- £57,000 + remote working, market leading pension (20%), 35 hours & amazing working environment
