Senior Corporate Administrator  – VW Cheltenham

Salary £27,300pa

As a Senior Administrator for our Corporate Fleet Team at VW Cheltenham you will manage and coordinate the Fleet Administration team to complete the tasks and processes required to ensure an efficient and accurate back of house fleet operation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure that all necessary activities are completed within required timescales by managing work loads across the Fleet Administration team.

Ensure all vehicles meet required Service Level Agreement requirements set by our customers.

Take full ownership of the preparation and onward delivery of the fleet vehicle to the agreed standards.

Ensuring training and knowledge is updated in line with the vehicle model changes etc.

Ensuring all month end Invoicing, registrations, purchase ledger and Coupa requirements are co-ordinated and completed in full to the required deadlines.

Document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales

Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships

Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests

Assisting sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process

Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification, ordering stock and bonuses

Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover

Housekeeping Activities

Autoline / VSB Housekeeping – run reports and correct vehicle records as required

Other ad hoc duties as and when required

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships; evidence of service that prioritises, meets and exceeds customer expectations; deals promptly with customer concerns
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner; consults colleagues and refers appropriately
  • Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for product and brand
  • Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
