Salary – Negotiable
10% – 35% Uncapped commission

Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Consultant include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working towards various targets.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they, their work culture and environment.
Using sales, business development, networking, and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with them.
Preparing CVs and correspondences to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Carry out successful client sales and service visits.
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines.
Resourcing candidates for designated areas.
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities of the role, the salary, and benefits.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
Key skills and Requirements:
Proven track record in construction contract recruitment
Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.
Good organisation skills.
Good sales and negotiation techniques.
A confident and positive attitude towards work.
The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Driven and motivated.
Industry Knowledge.
