Salary: £72,000 – £96,000 per year
Senior Consultant: Service Management & Project Management
IT Service Management professional with strong Project Management needed by UK Technology & Transformation Consultancy.
They work with a range of medium to enterprise class customers and require an IT Service Management and Project expert to join their ranks.
Location: Remote, WFH with occasional travel further down the line to customer site if/when required.
Salary: £72,000 – £96,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance (£7K) plus bonus plus 30 days holiday plus other benefits
Job Title – Senior Consultant – IT Service Management
They require:
* ITIL3 or 4 certified (Intermediate or Expert) with Prince 2 or Agile certification
* Extensive experience in IT Service Management, Service Design, Service Operations & Project Management.
* Strong Transition and Transformation Management experience.
* Ability to delivery large scale Service Management projects for customers on-budget and on time and lead international service management teams through transition and transformation.
* Service excellence focused IT Management professional that is highly organized and excellent team and relationship builder.
