Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Our clients are a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm running over 40 years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing office in Leeds.
As a Senior Civil Engineer your role will involve:
- Produce designs for all Civil engineering services
- Liaise with colleagues and construction professionals
- Produce fee proposals for the projects
- Identify and manage project risks and prepare risk assessments
- Carry out professional development and maintain records in accordance with ICE requirements to progress to EngTech/IEng/CEng status
- Build and maintain good rapport with internal and external clients
- Understand financial control when acting as a project manager
- Supervise and support junior engineers
To be considered for the Senior Civil Engineer role you must have:
- A wealth of experience in Civil engineering
- AutoCAD, PDS Site Developer / Civil 3D, XP Solutions suite, Micro-drainage, MS Project or similar, TEDDS, and other industry recognised software
- MEng Civil Engineering degree from an ICE-approved course
- Approaching chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers
Working hours:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll be required to work full-time hours.
