Senior Chef De Partie

Search Recruitment currently have a Senior CDP position available, to work in a quaint hotel and restaurant situated in Maldon.
This is a fairly new venture, and due to their sucess, there is a need for a candidate who is already a sucessful CDP to make the next step to senior CDP.

Sucessful candidates will have worked for 2 years plus in a similar role, and be experienced in cooking international cuisine to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

„X Working on starters, vegetable prep and sauce
section.
„X Assisting with functions
„X Working alongside a brigade of chefs
„X Ensuring that the standards of hygiene are
maintained
„X Assisting with other areas of the kitchen if
required.
„X Putting deliveries away
„X Stock check & ordering of stock
„X Assisting the Sous or Head chef when required

This is a great opportunity to continue learning from experienced chefs, but to also pass your experiences and skills to others, and to step up to Sous Chef when required.
