Salary: £26,000 – £27,826.5 per year

Senior Care Assistant (Days or Nights) – Hatfield Peverel – Permanent

£10.25 – £11.89 per hour depending on experience 

A fantastic one-off Starter Bonus of £500

We have the following jobs available –

· Days 22hrs, 33hrs or 44hrs – 07.30 to 19.30, 3 or 4 Day Shifts a week Inc. alternative weekends

· Nights 22hrs, 33hrs or 44hrs – 19.30 to 07.30, 2, 3 or 4 nights a week Inc. alternative weekends

You will be working in a lovely Nursing Care Home for a fantastic organisation (a household name) who put the needs of the residents and its staff first.

Key Responsibilities

·To participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.

·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.

Person specification

·Have an NVQ 2 (minimum) in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent

·Willingness to develop new skills
