Salary: £60,000 per year
We have an urgent need for a Senior Buyer on either a temp to perm or straight into permanent employment.
This role is working for an independent residential developer on a range of developments which include traditional build housing, timber frame and RC Frame.
You will be expected to be able to perform your own take offs and work efficiently and effectively with the in house surveyors.
You will have a network of contacts for materials and be able to leverage these as well as work with the existing supply chain to obtain the best price for all materials.
This is an office based role in Barnet and is available immediately.
