Senior Bid Writer

Salary: £78,000 per year

The position of Senior Bid Writer is a new role will form part of the Government FM Business Development team and It has been created to support significant growth targets over the next 3 year. The position is 100% remote.

The Senior Bid Writer will be responsible for writing high quality and compelling written content primarily for bid proposals but also to include marketing material, case studies and research projects.

The role will require you to own the bid writing process and be responsible for the quality of the final copy, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met. Responsibilities include organising the story boarding and response review process, supporting and developing bid win themes, solutions and differentiators and ensuring they are reflected within the response.

You will use experience and market sector knowledge to identify creative solutions and differentiators and ensure responses and supporting materials are compliant and tailored to the customer’s evaluation criteria to maximise quality scores.

To ensure continuation of the bid theme you will develop bespoke graphics to support bid responses, develop and manage the internal bid library, write content for market engagement, case studies, marketing opportunities and undertake market, opportunity and competitor research

The ideal candidate is someone that enjoys writing bespoke content from scratch, is creative, and has the ability to create compelling narratives. This is a senior writing position and we would expect candidates to have a track record of supporting the development of winning bids. Experience within the Government Facilities Management sector and CCS framework may be beneficial but not mandatory.

In return they are offering a basic up to £65,000 plus bonus and corporate benefits and there will be opportunities to advance your career.
