Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Senior Architectural Technician required for a well-known housebuilder in the East Midlands. A very well-established residential construction company looking to increase production levels of affordable and open-market homes across the Midlands region at a sensible rate with an emphasis on maintaining quality.

Large land bank, pipeline and experience at director level to succeed with their plans. This expansion will present a genuine opportunity for career progression as the region continues to grow. The day to day role will be split between co-ordination of internal & external architectural, engineering, and planning professionals and hands-on design(production of working & planning drawings, building regulation applications, resolving site queries).

Realistic in their need to incentivise the best candidates, salary will be considered on a case by case basis + Car/ Allowance, Health, Pension, and Bonus.
