Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £26.4 – £33.6 per hour

The role will involve:

• Planning/ technical drawings in AutoCAD
• Planning application submissions and liaison
• Building regulations submissions and liaison
• Travelling to construction sites and carrying out measured surveys, taking client brief
• Chairing pre-construction and construction phase meetings, preparing minutes
• Coordination and management of contractors, design team and other third parties
• Contract administration of JCT minor works/ intermediate/ D&B contracts
• Designer/ principal designer duties under CDM regulations

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following qualities / qualifications:

Essential

• AutoCAD skills and experience
• Knowledge and experience of the Building Regulations and CDM regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• A smart, enthusiastic and professional demeanour
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
