A dynamic and rapidly growing organisation is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join its high performing finance team as a Senior Accounts Assistant.
As Senior Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a thriving organisation.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Assistant include:
- Credit control.
- Managing submission and accuracy of staff time sheets.
- Dealing with client queries concerning invoice details and raising Sales invoices.
- Entering supplier invoices by period close.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- Pension reconciliation.
- Reconciliation of expenses.
- Reconciling and billing rechargeable expenses.
- Capturing and reporting Framework Data.
- Reporting to data to Group.
- Cash flow.
- Assisting with the Financial Audits (Statutory and Ad-hoc).
To be considered for the role of Senior Accounts Assistant, you will require:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 including Teams, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Financial Force as an accounting package would be an advantage.
