Senior Accountant Position Overview

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expert financial advice.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Interpret financial results and provide strategic insights to clients.

Tax Compliance:

Lead the preparation and review of various tax returns, staying current on tax laws and regulations.

Provide expert guidance on tax planning strategies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.

Offer recommendations for financial planning and performance improvement.

Audit Support:

Coordinate and assist in the preparation of schedules for internal and external audits.

Ensure timely and accurate responses to audit inquiries.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with junior accountants, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic client service delivery.

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, FCCA
• 5+ years accountancy practice experience
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Must be a UK resident and have full working Visa

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

• Minimum salary of £35k, but a salary dependent on experience, and the seniority of the position
