Sanza Teaching Agency are working exclusively with an Outstanding primary School in Tower Hamlets to find exceptional and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support 2 children in Years 5 with learning delay. My client is seeking two caring and committed teaching assistants with a background in supporting young children with special educational needs.

Person Specification

For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with SEND children either in a volunteer or paid role. You will provide a willingness to contribute to all lessons and overseeing the preparation of lessons for the pupil/s in your charge. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging situations with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students is an essential requirement of this role.

About the Role

You will be working in KS2 in a mainstream classroom to supporting 121. The children have a range of needs and are essentially learning about the world around them. These children need routine and consistency, so a TA with excellent organisational skills, dependable and hardworking would be ideal.
