Salary: £108 – £192 per day

Are you a great Teacher with SEN experience looking for a new role beginning in September in the Chesterfield area?

If you are passionate about Teaching and are seeking an opportunity to develop in the education sector then we have just the job for you.

This full time teaching role is based at an excellent Residential School and Children’s Home established in 1990. Although Monarch is a new contact with the school, everyone that we have sent there has enjoyed their time working alongside friendly students and supportive teachers focused on providing an engaging learning environment. This role will be set in the Humanities department whereby you will be expected to teach Travel and Tourism, Citizenship, Humanities and Duke Of Edinburgh.

This role requires a teacher with a wide range of subject knowledge simply because the school is very small and has classes of between one and five. The school works with local Education Authorities and Social Departments providing care and Education for up to 34 boys aged 9 to 16+years who display a variety of behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.

This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and NQTS. For this role it is essential that you are based in the UK with right to work and hold a valid and recognised teaching qualification. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 6 weeks recent experience of teaching in the UK. It is essential that they are able to contact your past schools to obtain two references.

The successful Teacher will:

.Have a background in teaching children with Special Educational needs

.Be able to teach BTEC Travel and Tourism, Duke Of Edinburgh, Humanities KS3 and Citizenship GCSE.
