Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician / Fitter

Salary: £26,000 per year

The Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician/ Fitter is needed to work on bespoke projects for a company that builds Vehicle bodies for light and commercial vehicles. They are a leading name in their sector that have a reputation for quality and innovation. Duties of the Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician/ Fitter position:

Assembling bought and finished components onto vehicles. I.e lights, racking, etc
Experience of utilizing hand and air tools in manufacturing operations
Experience of routing harnesses and connections
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

The successful Fabricator may have experience working as Vehicle or Car Electrician or hold Level 2/3 Diploma in Auto Electrical and Mobile Electrical Competence or similar qualification. This is not essential and ‘time served’ candidates should also apply.

39 hours basic with OT paid at 1.5
