Self Employed Construction Multi Trader

Due to ongoing expansion Mullen Property Services are looking for Self Employed Multi-Traders who can deliver a first-class repair service in the housing and private sector.

All work will be completed on an agreed price.

Must be confident in a main trade such as carpentry, plumbing or tiling along with other minor trades.

Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable.

Possibility of weekend work and emergency call outs.

Requirements:

• Own Transport & Tools
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Be able to organise materials, tools, and equipment required to complete planned work
• To report any follow on or related repair works identified with the customer where these cannot be completed during the visit, providing sufficient detail to ensure an accurate ‘further works’ order is raised.
• Be compliant in regards to the device used to take photos and describe works you have undertaken per job
• Friendly & Flexible attitude

Salary

Priced work – job by job basis

£150.00 – £200.00 per day

We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

You can always do overtime (call outs) to increase your income.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift
