Security Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Salary: £45,600 per year

SECURITY INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING ENGINEER – BASIC SALARY UP TO £45,600DOE

Our client are specialists in integrated electronic security systems and they are looking for an Installation & Commissioning engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Basic Salary of £45,600(DOE)

Mobile phone and company vehicle provided.

Full-time, Permanent Position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Installation & commissioning of CCTV (IP & Network systems), Access Control (Intercoms, Key Pads) & Intruder Alarms systems in large commercial premises.

• Travelling the surrounding counties most of the time with local work as well as attending to sites further afield when required with the occasional longer project to complete and therefore some stay away required.

• Taking part in a call-out rota when required. This is mainly telephone support as they do not get many call outs. You are paid £125 per week for standby, plus paid for the call outs itself including travel time on top.

The Ideal Person:

• At least 3 years experience in the installation and commissioning of IP CCTV, Intruder Alarms & Access Control / Door Entry systems.

• Will hold an electrical qualification or equivalent (not essential).

• Will have a Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

• Experience with a range of equipment such as Paxton, Net2, Net10, Pyronix, HikVision, Samsung and more.

• Presentable, approachable, self-motivated and who has the desire to learn and is hard-working.
