Rate: £11.6
Hours: 4 on 4 off – Days

We are currently seeking a Security Controller to be based in a state of the art national control room near Slough. The purpose of the control room is to provide 24/7 assistance to the security operation using high tech CCTV, rostering, scheduling and alarm receiving technology. As a controller you will play a vital role in ensuring a first class service is provided to staff and clients.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in the security industry is desired but not essential
SIA License
Own transport
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Happy to work a mix of days and nights

Responsibilities:

• Provide a customer focused control room service
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Maintain contact with mobile Supervisors and ensure timely response to client sites
• Rostering of Security Officers
• Operate alarm receiving technology
• Work closely with senior security management
