Do you have a minimum of a 2:1 UK degree?

My client, an outstanding secondary school in Greenwich, is searching for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to assist them in their excellent SEN department. My clients SEN department is focused and driven on making a difference to the education and development in the educational life of a special needs pupil and is looking for a graduate who will share their passion and drive.

You will be required to:

-Support excellent teachers within the SEN department.
– Work in a group of 3-6 pupils with both behavioural and learning difficulties. Occasionally working 1-1 with an Autistic pupil.
-Work 5 days a week, full time for the complete academic year.
-Covering classes from year 7 through to A levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least a 2:1 UK degree, and some experience working with children with learning difficulties. However this is not essential. Any experience teaching overseas or coaching would be highly advantageous.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a graduate looking to gain crucial experience before taking up a PGCE/GTP in September 2014.
