The role:

* The role of a Learning Support Assistant will be to work with pupils on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups to support them in their learning.

* This may invovle working with pupils who face barriers to learning such as behavioural problems or students with SEND.

* If you have ambitions to become a teacher or want to further your experience of working in education, this is the role for you!
