Location: Remote/Home based in UK

Profile: Self-employed opportunities

Hourly rate: £18per hour

Hours: Mon – Sunday various 6-hour shifts will be offered for 1 month in advance allowing a flexible working pattern and the flexibility to accept or refuse work based on your availability.

Mon-Sunday – Home based ideally able to fulfil two 6 hour shifts per week.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Telephone Helpline counselling highly desirable
• EAP Counselling experience highly desirable
• BACP Full Accreditation or UKCP Full Registration or NCS Professional Accreditation desirable.
• Candidates with counselling helpline experience and working towards accreditation also welcome with minimum of 400 plus client hours.
• Appropriate Insurances required
• Own laptop to access company web portal.

The EAP Helpline Telephone Counsellor will provide in the moment support for a variety of adult clients with access to EAP services. This is a directive and dynamic role that involves handling inbound phone calls, offering in the moment support, referral and producing and recording case notes.
