Salary: £26,000 – £31,200 per year
Are you an experienced School Science Technician currently looking for a new role?
Class Solutions are working closely with secondary schools in Dudley and surrounding areas assisting them with the recruitment of talented Science Technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has vast experience as a Science Technician within a school and is looking to utilise and share their knowledge in a new school environment.
As a full time Science Technician, the school will expect you to essentially perform as if you were a permanent member of staff. You will be expected to carry out the following duties:
• Setting up practical lessons
• Assisting in demonstrating practical lessons
• Providing support to Teacher and Students
• Maintaining Equipment within the classroom
• Ensuring health and safety is being adhered to at all times
• Purchasing kit/equipment
• Ensuring practical work areas are safe and hazard free
