Science Teacher

Salary: £120 – £204 per day

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Science Teacher who has a passion for Science and education and someone who has the ability to pass this on to their students.

Whether you have years of experience behind you, or you are at the beginning stages of your teaching career this rewarding role offers an excellent setting to teach.

Requirements

• Science Degree (or relevant)
• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teaching (NQT) status.
• Be a flexible and confident individual, who has a creative approach to teaching
• Be adaptable and reliable
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Valid DBS/police check

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning lessons and writing schemes of work
• Marking responsibilities
• Working as part of the Science department
• Taking part in parent’s evenings, staff meetings and training and extra-curricular activities if required
