School Data Administrator

School Data Administrator required to start in a school in Bradford after the Easter holidays to continue till the end of the year with the possibility longer. This is a full time position to work all year round including the holidays.

The school are looking for someone who has experience doing Data in a school using SIMS/CMIS and this is essential.

Main purpose of the role: To provide an effective, accurate and robust data and exams management service across the college. To ensure that data is collated, interpreted and presented in a number of ways suited to the needs of those requesting it.

Objectives

Performance Measure
To ensure that data is kept up to date and is accurate
Low error margins
Regular updating of all key data streams
Production of and adherence to termly data monitoring schedule with Strategy Manager and Deputy Head (Attainment).
Timely production of Data Schedule
Adherence to Data Monitoring Schedule
The production of data analysis reports which interpret data (to include variances, percentage improvements and traffic light indicators) from monitoring sheets and present them in an appropriate fashion.
Quality reports that are accurate, well interpreted, relevant and appropriate for the benefit of diverse readers
To be responsible for collating data corresponding to transferring, new and transitioning students.
Accurate and timely information on new students before they are admitted.
Communicating attainment data for parents and Governors as well as internal
Production of annual attainment progress reports for distribution to parents.
Production of attainment projections for faculties and SLT
Producing statistics on exam results in a speedy manner following results days.
