School Caretaker

Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year

CERT Solutions are working with a large school in South Birmingham who are hoping to recruit a reliable Caretaker as soon as possible. It is important the ideal candidate has good communication skills, and DIY skills are essential.

You will be responsible for general maintenance work and repairs, health and safety issues relating to the building, cleaning duties.

There will need to be a degree of flexibility around certain key events in the school calendar, eg parents evenings and governing body meetings.
