SAP HR / Hcm Lead Functional Consultant

SAP HR / HCM Lead Consultant required for a leading Corporate with offices in London and Southampton.

** £50-60k + 12% bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits **

High calibre SAP HR / HCM Consultant is required with in depth SAP HR / HCM experience, a strong academic background, and experience of working within the private sector for an Leading end User, IT or Management Consultancy eg Accenture / Logica / SAP / IBM / AXON / CAP Gemini / Steria / Fujitsu / Deloitte etc is preferred.

The role will be to lead analysis, design and development activities to facilitate the successful delivery of solutions for UK SAP HCM projects. This Lead SAP HR role will work with the SAP Competency Centre Manager to manage demand and project delivery to time, quality and budget. The SAP HR Lead role will ensure that solutions are in accordance with business requirements, industry best practice and departmental standards and will also provide advice and technical support to other teams including third parties.
This position would suit a SAP HR / HCM Consultant / Business Analyst with extensive SAP HCM configuration experience and demonstrable experience HR business processes. SAP UK Payroll, multi-site implementation experience and integration with FICO, BW and other 3rd party applications is highly desirable as is ESS / MSS / E-Recruiting / OM / PA and IS Retail. SAP certifications are also highly desirable.
