Role – Sales Administrator

Hours – full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm and 9.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis

Location – Feltham, Middlesex

Salary – £26,400per annum + benefits

Our client is looking for a full time permanent customer service administrator to join their small friendly office team.

A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their recent success will lead to further growth for the business.

Duties for the customer service person will include:

Processing quotations for customers
Dealing with queries coming into the business regarding products and pricing
Co-ordinating orders with the warehouse team
Chasing delivery details
Filing paperwork
Ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to all clients
Dealing with customers and suppliers
Answering the phone
General administration duties
You will need to have a proven track record within an office based customer service administration environment with strong attention to detail.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner and experience of dealing with customers over the phone.

Good Microsoft office skills are a prerequisite although training will be provided on products and software systems.

This is a full time permanent position.
