Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our Client based in Aldermaston is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator, who has proven working experience in a technical sales environment and processes knowledge CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous)

Job Description

* Respond and qualify customer and distributor enquires in a timely and appropriate manner

* Produce, send and follow up on quotations for our global market

* Record detailed information regarding ongoing and future projects within a CRM system (MS Dynamics), ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate

* Support Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Global Sales Manager (GSM) in the preparations of tenders, bids, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs)

* Pro-actively researching customers and adding information into the CRM system

Secondary Responsibilities

* Provide ad-hoc customer service to our customers and distributors, potentially being the conduct between the customer or distributor and other company departments

* Assisting in the generation of various sales reports

* Collecting competitive market intelligence

* Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on how to improve the various sales processes and activities

* Other day to day requirements from the sales team

Essential Skills & Attributes

* Proven working experience in a technical sales environment

* Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics)

* Strong customer service skills

* Extremely well organised, can multitask, prioritise and work autonomously as required

* Strong work ethic, a team worker, self-motivation, and the willingness to ‘go the extra – mile’

* Confident computer skills, able to pick up new technologies quickly (e.g. MS Excel, Outlook, Epicor ERP, etc).

Desirable Skills & Attributes

* Experience working in a high technology international company

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

* Experience within a specialist engineering firm
