Sales Manager (Facilities Soft Services)
London & Home Counties (Home based work an option)
£45,000 plus commission and bonus: OTE £65,000

We are currently working with one of the UK`s leading Facilities Management organisations who due to planned and targeted growth are now looking to recruit the services of an additional South Eastern based Sales Manager to further develop current accounts and develop new business within the Facilities soft services sector.

Your duties will include:

– Developing new business and selling Soft services to organisations and companies across the South East.

– Developing and cross selling into current billing account

– Developing opportunities to quote and tender for services including:
Cleaning
Waste disposable
Pest Control
Building fabric

To apply you will ideally have previous sales experience within either soft services or hard services and be based within the South East region. The position is home based however you will be expected to travel to our clients head office in London, normally on a monthly basis.

The role is supported by an outstanding commission scheme which is one of the best in the industry, meaning that realistic on target earnings are in the £60,000 to £65,000 region.

Finally you will be supported by a strong marketing team that will be looking to provide a continuous list of reactive leads.
