Would you like the opportunity to join a market leading clothing supplier and really make a difference? They are a family run business that is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager who can continue with their success story.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the board and will work closely with the Sales Director to help formulate the Sales strategy for the business.

You will be responsible for bringing exciting and fresh ideas to invigorate and maximise opportunities. You will be managing a team of 6-7 sales staff from one of two teams within the sales department, ensuring business is retained and targets are met. You will need a hands-on approach and will be expected to look after some of the teams largest accounts.

You will need to be target driven as the role will be linked to your performance and the performance of the team. For this reason it is imperative that you have excellent personnel skills and the ability to motivate and drive the performance of the team to achieve sales and company goals. You will also need to have at least 5 years proven track record in Sales and be used to managing a team. Ideally you will have experience in the textile industry or within promotional material.
