Sales Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Our client is seeking a process-driven, proven and motivated automotive Sales Manager to join a state of the art dealership in Ashford, Kent. This is a great opportunity to join a leading and progressive group to participate in the growth and development of the sales team ensuring they are supported in second facing customers and dealing with any other customer related queries. The dealership has a family feel being such a close-knit team so they need someone hands on and experienced.

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual; someone whom has previously worked within the capacity Business Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.

Who we’re looking for

• Previous sales management experience is essential as you will be managing a fully fledged confident team
• Be a process and measurement driven manager with vision, determination and the ability to deliver in a challenging but hugely rewarding environment
• Customer Focus – A track record of setting and achieving high standards of customer service to ensure that every customer experiences a standard of service that they value as excellent
• Commercial Skills – Success in managing the financial aspects of the business and capitalising on market opportunities whilst maintaining focus on the long term business strategy

What’s on offer?

They will be looking at a basic salary between £36,000 – £42,000 with an OTE of £50,000.

They will offer you a brand-new Company car. As well as many benefits to be discussed at interview.

This will be working a 42.5 hour week.
