Salary: £26,000 per yearp a + Bonus

Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Ideally located in the centre of England, My Client has many years’ experience in the hydraulics industry. They manufacture to the highest standards as well as distributing for select brands that match their commitment to quality products at the right price.

Due to continued growth they are looking for candidates for Inbound Telemarketing work, We are looking for confident people that are not afraid of the phone and can make out bound calls to Senior IT Managers if and when required. We are interested in all potential candidates as well as experienced Telemarketers/Telesales agents or Outbound/Inbound Callers.

Essential Skills;

– A professional and clear telephone manner
– Experience of maintaining customer relationships to a high level
– Experience of sourcing new clients / customers
– Proven ability expanding sales (upsell).
– Track Record in Sales/Telesales/Internal Sales/Customer Service
– Understand KPI’s and Targets
– Understanding / having a technical know-how will be an advantage.

The successful internal telesales candidate will have current experience of technical sales (advantageous if already selling within the Hydraulics and Pneumatics sector) and be easily commutable to the company’s Head Office in Derby.
