Sales Executive

Our client a vibrant and exciting establishment set in the heat of the English Riviera is looking for a Sales Executive to join their thriving team. The role is pivotal to the business and they are looking for someone who is self motivated, who has good negotiation skills, and that is comfortable talking to people of all walks of life. This is a targeted role and pays a generous basic salary with the opportunity to make £26,000per year on top in bonuses! There is an immediate start available for the right candidate, however they are happy to wait for the right person. You will need to have a clear understanding of the sales process, relationship building ability and ideally face to face and telephone sales experience. To be successful in the position, you would ideally need good local knowledge as this will assist greatly with the role.

Duties associated with the role include;

• Selling the various packages that the business offers, including corporate & functions business, to an existing client base as well as new clientele.

• Making sales calls to people who have made enquiries, insuring a comprehensive follow up to maximise opportunity.

• Marketing & selling seasonal packages ensuring that revenue targets are achieved.

• Maintaining the internal system with all significant data inline with company procedure.

• Research of local events with a view to using the information, to maximise opportunity.

• Liaising closely with the Marketing Team in relation to promotional material requirements, ensuring a consistent brand image is adhered to.

• Carrying out targeted mail shots & follow up.

• Negotiating reciprocal promotions with other businesses.

• Maintaining an excellent understanding of the additional products & servises the company offers.

• Monthly Reporting to show progress.

• Development of the sales strategy.
