Inside Sales Executive – £25,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission

The Company

My client is a top company located in Ferndown and specialises in a full range Cloud and Communications technology services and solutions.
The company is very easy to commute to and offers free parking. They are very well established and financially stable and are keen to invest in the right candidate.

Based in Ferndown the company is commutable from: Ferndown, Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood, Lymington, Blandford forum, Southampton, Weymouth, and Salisbury.

The Role

This is a 100% “pitching” role which involves speaking to directors to pitch the companies impressive cloud and communications technology solutions services. The pitches are consultative and they involve speaking with more than one contact within each businesses to establish what the companies business needs are.
Following a successful pitch, the Inside Sales Executive will book an appointment for a technical consultant to go onsite and do a technical evaluation and close the sale. The Inside sales executive then gets paid full commission on completion of the deal.

The salary for this role is £30,000 – £36,000 + double OTE (Uncapped) with a realistic first year earning of £50,000.

The Person

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of computing, ideally some knowledge of cloud and/or communications services and solutions. The person needs to come from a sales background and be confident and comfortable speaking with key decision makers in organisations of all sizes. The successful candidate also needs to be organised in order to manage the diary of the technical consultants.
