Salary: £26,000 per year+OTE £30K

Location: Southampton – Portsmouth, Fareham, New Forrest, Hampshire

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30

V3 are working in partnership with an award winning online employee benefits & rewards business who are looking to expand their sales consultants team in Southampton due to their rapid growth and expansion.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to generate qualified leads & meetings for the Sales and Senior Sales Consultants. This will involve identifying opportunities through outbound sales activity including cold and warm calling, following up warm leads and e-mails and also dealing with in-bound requests.

* Outbound meeting and lead generation

* Maintain data quality

* Ensure effective interaction and co-operation within Benefex departments ensuring all prospective clients are effectively and appropriately supported

* Assist in tender process where required by the Sales Consultant

* Assist the wider team in the writing and distribution of outbound e-mail campaigns

* Maintain prospective client relationships in a polite and professional manner

* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within all aspects of the job role

* Ad hoc activities as required
