Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and requirements in the market and increase sales turnover.Achieve Sales targets.Gain knowledge of customer requirements and give feedback to Regional Sales Manager.Have on going competitor awareness, new products, prices, samples, literature and any other information and to feedback to Regional Sales Manager.Build and develop relationships with clients.Liaise with various departments within the Company to ensure satisfactory customer support/backup.Observe Health & Safety regulations and encourage others to do so.Carry out any task delegated by the Regional Sales Manager.Monthly reports for regional sales manager.Technical information hot line for customer (mainly contractors)Continued support service for end users making sure customer is happy.Presenting PowerPoints on control products.Attend Exhibitions manning the stand.Representing business to a high standard.Supporting other members of staff when/if necessary.Working with Technical Team to find equivalent parts for Lighting.
