Principal Purpose
To ensure that a relationship is maintained with our retailers by establishing their needs in replenishing their point of sale in order for sales to grow across all ranges within the Wilsonart UK Portfolio. Whilst doing this it is also vital to be looking for upsell opportunities by pushing displays, new point of sale stands, samples and brochures to enable retailers and end users to see the full range of products available in the Wilsonart range.
The role is predominantly outbound focused and requires cold calling to ascertain new leads for the sales team to build business.
Principal Elements
• Making outbound calls to retailers to discuss core products in Wilsonart UK ranges, converting retailers over to Wilsonart UK products, ensuring that samples, stands and brochures are up to date and arrange for new stands and replacements when required
• Cold calling for new business leads
• Upselling showroom displays
• Supporting new product launches by pushing out stands, brochures and displays
• Gain Market and competitor information during outbound calls
• Receiving the overflow inbound calls from end users looking for product advice, display information and reseller information and advising accordingly
• Receiving the overflow inbound calls from installers requesting technical advice and providing basic installer information
• Collate information to complete admin tasks following calls with retailers

Performance Measures
Annual appraisals to be undertaken by Sales Development Manager and objectives set for the forthcoming year.
